Briefly state where you are in retrospect to your 3 original goals.
Then specifically and honestly describe what you accomplished fitness wise this semester. What did you learn about yourself, goal setting, and training principles? Did you reach your goals why? Why not? If you had to start over again what would you do differently? What changes would you suggest for the class? What are your future fitness plans?
Paper must be one page. Use Times New Roman 12pt. font, single spaced with 1"margins. Name, period and date must be included in "header".
